Thanksgiving Day!

What a week it has been. Pinaka show of Ms. Pia Guiano called and asked us if they can feature our restaurants in their show entitled 'the oldiest but goodies restaurant in Manila. They interviewed my brother Benjie for Wah Sun (est. 1955)and my brother-in-law Greg for Ambos Mundos (est. 1888). They were asking for our old photos buti na lang may nakuha kami and it will be shown this coming Dec 3 Sunday. Interview was done on tuesday 11/22/06.
I'm with my patient when my sis (Kathy) called me and said that the TV crew were at the restaurant so I told my patient about it and she said she will watch the show. By the way my patient is the one who had her porcelain jacket crown done by other dentist and redone by me. She really like my work that's why I did her other PJC (1 anterior and 2 posteriors). Yesterday I finished it all and she really like what I've done (the shape and the color) and she said she will come back. That's really Gracia a Dios! I really thank God for all the blessing we are receiving. Today I get to rest and paid my dues. I love my work. It's all about esthetics and art for me.

The World 9 Ball Championship last night at Manila

I get really excited when I watch billiard game. I always make sign of the cross when it's my favorite player turns The likes of Efren Bata Reyes, Francisaco Dyango Bustamante, Manuel Manalo and Luat are some of my favorites. I've seen how they did magic on the table nd I'm so impressed on how they would score on the most impossible situation. I like how they solve the problem and even prouder that they are filipinos. Yesterday for the world 9 ball championship, it's Souquit vs. Alcano. Alcano defeated Bata Reyes but it's okay kasi he lost from a fellow filipino rin. I saw how Alcano handles his game, he's cool and graceful when he's playing, in my mind he's going to be the winner and I was right. It was a very thrilling game I really love billiard game because of the techniques and their problem solving. Filipinos are good in eveything if only they were given a chance they will definitely excel. Now Alcano is in my list of one of the great billiard player. I LOVE THIS GAME!

My pretty sister's B day

I woke up early today and have this light wonderful feeling as if an angel whispered something sweet. Well yesterday me and my siblings bet on superlotto, this morning I check on the winning numbers not a single no. was there but it was megalotto. Superlotto will be drawn tonight not yesterday, wheww!. I'm still crossing my finger kasi it's for my sis' birthday (suerte sana).
I have a patient who wants her porcelain jacket crown redone. It was done by another dentist and she doesn't like the shape and she said it's like a sore thumb sticking out. Well I removed it and have her tooth prepared again to a much smaller size. After I've prepared it and took impression and put temporary crown, she wants her other jacket crowns be done too. I have to beg off and reschedule her because it's my sis birthday siempre familia muna. Sana she will like the finished product. Gracia a Dios I'm really lucky, basta I'm lucky and also my sister E.

I'm kinda new here but maybe I could give it a try and start something big here. jajaja what do you think? Anyway I want to have a website for my dental practice and got interested with blogger so I may give it a try.
